Customer service manager
Duties:
- quality control of the freight transport process
- work with existing customers
- preparation and execution of documents
- preparation of reports
Requirements:
- high sense of responsibility, communicativeness, purposefulness and ability to organize work process independently, stress resilience and ability to work quickly
handle the volume of current tasks - ability to speak easily and clearly on the phone
- ability to find an individual approach to each client
- higher or incomplete higher education
- good knowledge of Latvian, Russian,
- knowledge of English will be considered an advantage
- good computer skills
